Galatians
And That's The Gospel
"And that's the Gospel!" Those are the words that end every sermon at Reynolda. And no better words could describe the book of Galatians. Gospel literally means "good news". But good news that is tainted with bad news quickly becomes bondage. Freedom laced with law is no freedom at all. False teachers were deceiving the Galatian Christians with a mixed gospel and Paul couldn't stand it. The Good News of Jesus Christ is so urgent and so important that Paul seems to shout in the opening chapter of his letter to the Galatians: 'there is no other gospel!"
Join us for an amazing journey of months of grace through a letter so revolutionary that it became the battle cry of the Reformation under Martin Luther and was dubbed the "Magna Carta of Christian Liberty." Experience the gospel in all its purity, power and passion. Discover freedom like never before. Jesus died for you and lives for you so that you can be free forever - and that's the gospel!

Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, 'My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.' Isaiah 46:9-10 With election politics filling the American atmosphere, mistrust swirling amidst socio-political immorality, and dissatisfaction with candidates frustrating so many Christians, how do followers of Jesus respond? In a message of challenge, comfort and hope, Pastor Alan addresses the worries, responsibilities and hope for Christians throughout the election year. In uncertain times, Pastor Wright announces Biblical certainties. |

Listen as Pastor Alan Wright interviews Reynolda member Grace McCracken, who experienced a miraculous emotional healing several years ago when the Father set her free from a lifetime of shame. Then Pastor Alan shares from the story of the life of Joseph as told in the latter chapters of Genesis. Joseph was resented and sold into slavery by his own brothers; imprisoned unjustly in Egypt; shamed in so many ways. Yet when Pharoah offered Joseph the opportunity to be second only to Pharoah himself, Joseph acted like an heir - not a slave. Living free from shame is part of our inheritance from the Father! |
